What is your attendance policy?

All tradespeople are expected to be on time and present for work every day an assignment has been accepted. It is your responsibility to inform the branch of any tardiness or absence from work. This is vital as our customers rely on us to show up on time and get the job done.

NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY (NCNS)

We have a zero-tolerance policy for no call, no shows. Always call or text your local team at least FOUR (4) hours before your shift start time if you are unable to make it to work.

CALLING OUT POLICY

If you need to call out due to illness, tardiness or an emergency, please follow these steps:

  1. First, contact your foreman onsite to let them know you will not be able to attend the job
  2. Call or text your local PRST team at least ONE (1) hour before your job’s start time

EXTENDED ABSENCES

If you will be absent for multiple days due to illness, please stay in frequent contact with your local team to the best of your ability. Call your local team to confirm your return to work on the required day.
