What happens if I have too many attendance incidents?
Repeated attendance incidents (no call/no show and/or late call offs) that occur in a 6-month period may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination:
- 1st Attendance Incident: Suspension until coaching can be provided to tradesperson about attendance policy
- 2nd Attendance Incident: Termination
